Runs
- Cronulla to Kurnell (Out and Back) - 16kms
- A nice run along The Esplanade then out along the back of Cronulla sand dunes to Kurnell.
- Lady Carrington Drive (Out & Back) - 21kms
- A very scenic, reasonable flat trail following the upper reaches of the Hacking River.
- Cronulla / Kurnell Sand Dunes (Hill Training) – 4km warm up
- Sand dunes, great for hill training and close to the beach for dip after a good training session
