  As time increases so do the challenges and demands you have to face. Your mood, your desire to continue and your mental state changes along with the terrain as you battle your own doubts. It took me a little over 9 hours to complete the 100km’s, a back of the field result but proud none the less.

  The father of leadership styles appears to be Kurt Lewin a psychologist that proposed in 1939 that there are 3 broad styles of leadership. Those 3 being, The Authoritarian (Autocratic), The Participator (Democratic) and The Delegator (Laissez-faire).

  After many hours of coding / designing I believe “Fun Park” has reached a stage good enough for a launch. Far from finished though so I am going to call it a beta launch since there still lots of bugs, tweaks and more work to be done.

  As a means to keep me motivated for the year and to try and improve my training I thought it might be interesting to work out some stats (averages). It turns out that in 2007 I ran 536km’s, mountain biked 591km’s and swim 43km’s (or 860laps).
