Working On My Fitness: Mar (07) Update
Time for a March 07 update. Reached one milestone (of sorts this month), managed to swim 1km (20laps) without stopping. Proud of that
Update
* Polar Fitness Test: 48 (+3) aerobic/cardiovascular fitness at rest, comparable to VO2max
* Run (Feb 07): 26 km (+0km)
* Swim (Feb 07): 180 laps [50m] or 9km (+34laps or +1.7km)
* Mountain Bike (Feb 07): 61.11 km (+40.52km)
* Weight: 94.9 kg (-1.5 kg or -1.6%)
One thing I realised typing this, I really need to increase my distance running if I want to be able to finish the SMH half marathon. I have been working on the intervals in an attempt to increase my strength / endurance and lost focus on the distance a bit. That and my work shoes were not doing me any favors.

can’t believe you’re really doing the half marathon in may. shouldn’t you be able to run 21km before you attempt this?
Yes and no. Focusing on the 11km 75min cut off and then run what I can for the second half
drawing on the vibe of the day and the I can not walk with all these people looking.
