Working On My Fitness: Feb (07) Update

Time for a Feb 07 update I think.

Well, to start with Laura (you’re the best) bought me a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) as a Valentines present (Laura got jewelry). So I have been using the HRM and the http://www.polarpersonaltrainer.com website to track/log my exercise (what can I say that is the kind of person I am). These are the stats for Feb 07

    Update:

  • Polar Fitness Test: 45 (+13) aerobic/cardiovascular fitness at rest, comparable to VO2max
  • Run (Feb 07): 26 km (Av. 6.5 km/wk)
  • Swim (Feb 07): 146 laps [50m] or 7.3km (Av. 36.5 laps/wk)
  • Mountain Bike (Feb 07): 20.59 km (Av. 5.14 km/wk
  • Weight: 96.4 kg (-1.6 kg)

Those numbers are with a week missing at the start of Feb so I am hoping to do better this month.
