Serious About Running
Well it is official I must be serious (obsessive) about running because last night, having not got my mid week run in yet, I decided it was a good idea to go for a run in the rain. Which I did. Now most “normal” people would think that it is a little obsessive on my part, but a man has to do what a man has to do
. I still have a little way to go before I get as serious as some of these people

Hey, know how you feel E! Last week I did a run in the rain too, and at one stage a car driving down georges river rd, which had become a river of its own at that stage, totally swerved to go through a lake (no joke) of water and spray me. I was already soaked anyway so i didnt care too much. But made me think: the run was much more important than that idiot or me getting wetter!
I’m always tempted to give someone a good splash in the car, does that make me evil
Still 1 more!!
Well I too have joined the “yes I ran in the rain” club and I must say it was pretty miserable. Plus couldn’t play my shuffle.
All in all, not the best of experiences. Think I’ll be doing the gym treadmill next time.
