Run – Mid Week 6.5km’s

Got in a nice 6.5km mid week run last night. Felt good in the run and was able to keep the pace/speed needed meet the 75min/11km cut off in the SMH 1/2 marathon which boosted my confidence that I was not going to crash out next weekend, especially since the run had a few hills in it. Finished feeling like I had more in my legs, lungs and heart rate stayed below 90% for most of the run which is great step forward. Ya to me!
