2007 Exercise Stats
Being the engineer that I am, I have kept track of my training through a website called mapmyrun.com. As a means to keep me motivated for the year and to try and improve my training I thought it might be interesting to work out some stats (averages). It turns out that in 2007 I ran 536km’s, mountain biked 591km’s and swim 43km’s (or 860laps). That is an average of 3.21km’s exercised per day for everyday last year. I am little surprised in myself that the average was as high as that, but there you go.
